Odoo 11 Odoo Website Helpdesk
This module allows to create helpdesk support ticket for various services.
Note: This module is tested and working in Odoo community edition but not tested in
Enterprise version. And we are supporting Ubuntu OS and not Windows OS.
Features
- Customer can create support ticket easily.
- Customer can attach multiple attachments like images,videos,documents.
- Module provides configuration for sending images,video,documents also admin can select customer mail template and admin email template.
- Customer can send message from chatter.
- Customer and Admin receives email when ticket state change like ticket approve or close.
- Customer can give rating when ticket is closed.
- Create Helpdesk support team with team level.
- State wise ticket history maintain.
- Team manager can lock and unlock customer ticket also view lock/unlock history.
- Helpdesk Dashboard include all summry details of all tickets with graphs.
How to use
- Documents and email configuration

- Helpdesk Dashboard

- Top teams graph

- Monthly top teams graph

- Teams with total tickets

- Priority wise ticket graph

- Click on Helpdesk menu and create helpdesk ticket.

- Click on My Ticket view all created ticket.

- Customer All ticket and click on ticket number open ticket.

- Customer ticket details.

- Customer receive email.

- Customer ticket

- Click Escalate Ticket menu open wizard and you can assign high level team to related ticket

- Close ticket email and customer can rate services.

NOTE: We give 60 days support for our customers. Before trying in your live db, please ask us to provide you for test link. If any other custom modules are installed and because of that some errors occurs then we charge extra.
