Veterinary Practice Management System Odoo Apps
Veterinary Practice Management System Odoo App has everything which require to manage Animal hospital, veterinary/animal clinic and any sort of vet practices solution as system app nicely managed in Odoo. This odoo module provides many different feature to manage Veterinary Animal clinic management such as Pets Details managament, Appointments, Pet Hospitalization, Laboratory-Lab Test, Invoicing management etc along with different reports as Patient Card, Madication History, Vaccinations History, Lab Test etc.
Manage Pets Details.You can enter pets details. There are tabs will shows pets details like Diseases, Evaluations, Lifestyle, Surgerise, Medications, Lab Tests etc.
Bed Transfer.Provides Bed Transfer facility like bed details, hospitalization date & expected discharge date and other details.
Appointment.You can create appointment with the details like Physician, Consultation Service, Patient Status, Urgency Level etc.
Pet Hospitalization.Help administrative department to save the details of pet about their hospitalization.
Reports.This module helps to generate report like Patient Card, Madication History, Vaccinations History, Lab Test etc.
Laboratory.You can manage laboratory, draft lab request, and lab test results and create invoice for lab test etc.
Veterinary Management Menu
After Installing this module, you will be able to see 'Veterinary' menu on top menus.In patient's form you have to fill patient's details which is shown in fig.
Once you create patient's profile then comes appointment menu where you have to fill the required details of the patient's. After that click on confirm button.
After clicking on Confirm button which we discussed above you click on Done button to create appointment.
After clicking on done button which is showing upper fig. your appointment will be done. which is shown in below fig.
Below fig. shows the Patient Hospitalization Administration pages's view where you have to fill the required details specially Name and Bed no. which is highlighted in the fig. then you have to click on Confirm Registration.
Once you click on the Confirm Registration button which is shown above the state will change from Free to Confirmed which is shown below and this will include two new buttons which are highlighted below. If you want to admit the patient then click on Patient Admission.
Once you click on Patient Admission which we discussed above you will land to the page which is shown below where state is changed from Confirmed to Hospitalized with the new button that is Discharge Patient.
If you want to change the Bed of any patient then you can do it from here by doing Bed Transfer which is shown below in the fig.
After clicking on Bed Transfer option you will see a wizard which is shown in below fig. fill the detail and click on Transfer button.
Below fig shows the Bed transfer details from Bed 1 to Bed 2. You can click on the Discharge button when you want to Discharge the Patient.
Once you click on the Discharge button, you will land to the page shown below.
You can create the prescription of the patient here, an example of a Prescription is shown below.
In prescription you have two different options which is shown below in the fig. You can create Prescription Invoice and Prescription shipment here.
If you want to create Invoice click on Prescription Invoice, after clicking on it you will see the wizard which is shown below in the fig.
After clicking on Create Prescription Invoice you will see the generated Invoice shown below.
If you want to create shipment then click on create Prescription shipment you will see the wizard which is shown below in the fig.
After clicking on Create Prescription Shipment option you will see the shipment order which is shown below.
Below fig. shows you can create lab request.
After clicking on Create Lab Test as shown upper fig. below Lab test result will generate.
As shown in below fig. you can Create Lab Result and you can Create Lab Invoice.
If you have clicked on Create Lab Result you will see below wizard.
After clicking on Create Lab Test you will see below fig.
If you have select Create Lab Invoice then you will see below wizard.
After clicking on Create Lab Invoice option you will see generated invoice in below fig.
In below fig. you can see Lab Result of Lab test.
In this Lab Result you can print Lab Record which is shown in below fig.
After clicking on Lab Record option you will see below report.
Below wizard will open when you will click on Create Imaging Request menu.
Once you click on Create Request in wizard which we discussed above, you will see the page which is shown below in the fig.
You can see all the requests in form view, you can also confirm the Imaging request by clicking on the Confirm button which is shown below in the fig.
Once you click on Confirm button it will bring you to the new button which is Create Result and the state will also change from Draft to Confirm.
Once you click on Create Result button you will land to the following page which is shown below in the fig.
Below fig shows the Medical Service menu, you can Confirm it by clicking on confirm button.
Once you click on Confirm button its state will change from Draft to Confirmed.
If you want to create Invoice of it then you can also do that by clicking on create invoice which is highlighted below in the fig.
After clicking on create Invoice which we discussed above, you will see the wizard which is shown below in the fig.
Once you click on Create Invoice option from the wizard, an Invoice will be generated which is shown below.
As shown in below fig. you can use different option like print Patient card, Medication History New etc.
Below Report will be generated when you click on Patient Card.
Below Report will be generated when you click on Medication History New.
Below Report will be generated when you click on Vaccinations History.
Below Report will be generated when you click on Diseases Report New.
Below Report will be generated when you click on Lab Test.
As shown in below fig. you can print appoitment receipt.
Below Report will be generated when you click on Appointment Receipt.
