Create Purchase Order from Manufacturing Order

This module permits you to create a Purchase Order from a Manufacturing Order.

With this module you're gonna save many time because you're gonna evade create multiple purchases to all the parts of the product that your gonna make with diferent providers.















Instructions of Use I

Simple Mode

  1. Just select the manufacturing product that you want to create a purchase for




  2. Then click on Create Purchase




  3. After this you're going to see a screen like this:




    1. Here, insert the quantity to buy...
    2. [...] and the provider.
    3. Notice that, if a product has only one provider, that provider is going to be selected.
    4. Then just click on create.

Instructions of Use II

Multiple Mode

  1. Click on multiple manufacturing product that you want to create a purchase for in the tree vew of manufacturing




  2. Then click on Action > Create Purchases




  3. After this you're going to see a screen like this:




    1. Here, insert the quantity to buy...
    2. [...] and the provider.
    3. Notice that, if a product has only one provider, that provider is going to be selected.
    4. Then just click on create.

Crear Ordenes de Compra desde Ordenes de Fabricación

Este módulo le permitirá crear Ordenes de Compra desde una Orden de Fabricación.

Con este módulo va a ahorrarse mucho tiempo ya que se automatiza el proceso de compra de cada una de las partes de un producto fabricable, generando automáticamente las compras necesarias a cada uno de los diferentes proveedores de cada parte del proceso de fabricación de un producto.















Instrucciones de Uso I

Modo Simple

  1. Simplemente seleccione el producto para el cual quiere generar la compra




  2. Después haga click en Crear Compra




  3. Una vez hecho esto verá una ventana emergente como la siguiente:




    1. Aquí introducirá la cantidad de producto que quiere comprar...
    2. [...] y el proveedor.
    3. Si se da cuenta, cuando un producto solamente tiene un proveedor, este será seleccionado de forma automática.
    4. Para terminar haga click en Crear

Instrucciones de Uso II

Modo Múltiple

  1. Marque las órdenes de fabricación para las cuales desee generar pedidos de compra en la vista tree del módulo de Fabricación




  2. Luego haga click en Acción > Crear Compras




  3. Una vez hecho esto verá una ventana emergente como la siguiente:




    1. Aquí introducirá la cantidad de producto que quiere comprar...
    2. [...] y el proveedor.
    3. Si se da cuenta, cuando un producto solamente tiene un proveedor, este será seleccionado de forma automática.
    4. Para terminar haga click en Crear
