Find Best Vendor for Product
Find Best Vendor for various Products in Purchase Agreements
Key features:
- Module also compatible with Odoo Enterprice Edition
- Purchase Agreements form view have new button Choose Best Vendor.
- When we click on Choose Best Vendor then system will find and compare from Vendor Pricelists. (That includes Suppliers Prices, Minimal Quantity, Delivery Lead Time.) and find the lowest price for product with supplier.
- Create Purchase Order with lowest price, delivery lead time and minimal quantity.
- If system not find best Supplier then Purchase Order created with Dummy Supplier.
How It Works
We had selected [MBi9] Motherboard I9P57 in Purcahse Agreements that product is provided by two supplier in Vendor Pricelists.
First Purchase Order for Delta PC with product [MBi9] Motherboard I9P57.
We had selected [E-COM09] iMac in Purcahse Agreements that product is provided by two supplier in Vendor Pricelists.
Second Purchase Order for ASUSTeK with product [E-COM09] iMac.
Another Example of Purchase Agreement for the Dummy Supplier.
Three Purchase Order create for Purchase Agreement.
Dummy Supplier's Purchase Order created with product [CONS_DEL02] Little server.
