Create Opportunities from Contacts
This module allows to massively create deals for marked contacts in the selected pipeline (channel) in just a few steps. At the same time, the responsible sales representative, as well as the basic information about the contact (phone, address and email) is transferred to the deal.
The Create Opportunities from Contacts module will help to quicken business processes in your company, namely: sales representatives will be able to quickly complete their scheduling work. They will no longer have to create deals for each specific contact separately - they will be able to do this at the touch of a button having selected the necessary contacts beforehand. Also, if the company has a chief manager (head of sales department), then he can plan deals himself, which his subordinates must process in the scheduled time frame (day, week, etc.)
Let's see how it works
An important issue!The sales representative, earmarked for the contact, should not be listed in the members of the sales team (channel). Otherwise, no matter what pipeline you choose at creation, the deal will be created in that pipeline, the team member of which is the responsible manager. The possibility to edit members of the sales team (channel) is shown in the screenshots below:
So, in order to create multiple deals in three steps, we need:
Step 1: Go to the Contacts section and switch to "List" view mode:
Step 2: Then mark the contacts which you want to create the deals with, and in the "Action" menu select "Create opportunities":
Step 3: Next, the system will prompt you to select a pipeline (channel) and create deals:
By clicking the "Create opportunities" button, deals will be created in the CRM section. Now you can go to this section and view the result:
The name of the transaction was formed as follows: "# Customer name # - # current date #". After following the deal card, we see that the main contact information from the contact card (email, phone, address, salesperson) has been transferred to it:
