CRM Lead Lifetime - If you are using CRM then you know how it’s important to manage the pipelines. CRM can have any number of custom and dynamic pipelines. In these pipelines, we take care of leads. This plugin is one of the best components that give us the ability to find the lead’s lifetime in each stage. No matter if the stages are dynamic or custom. The plugin easily access data and get integrated in few steps. For every stage you can find out the number of days the lead resides into each stage. For example, if the lead is just created and it’s in a new stage. After some days you switch next to the new stage then, the leads lifetime in the number of days at the new stage will be displayed. Not only displays the age of lead at each stage but also you can get a report. Users can apply the filters and get the desired output.

WorkFlow
Lead Pipeline will be like below image in your CRM. You can see the stages like New, Qualified, Proposition and Won. These are user dependant and might be you have different stage names.
Click on the lead and go to the form view of any lead. You will see a tab - ‘Lead Age Audit’. The tab tracks each leads days at a particular stage. Case when you are using prospect, then in this case when the prospect is converted to lead’s new stage, the age will be calculated on the basis of when the prospect was created and when the lead has been converted.
To open ‘Lead Lifetime Report’, click on the ‘Reporting -> Lead lifetime Report’.
You will see below report view with three different views - Pivot, Graph, List in reporting. The default is pivot view.

You can change between graph types and measures. Below is a Pie chart view
Below you can also see the list view in reports. Apply filters and get desired results or fine grain.
You can exclude stage from reporting by make check enable at below screenshot then this stage will not available in reporting
Odoo Supported Versions
It works on Odoo 11.x versions.
Installation
- Navigate to your app folder and place this plugin
- Open odoo in developer mode
- Click on update app list and find CRM Lead Lifetime App and install. Your browser will be reloaded and the app will be shown as installed
