Features

Helps to generate emails

Generate emails for user on demand of customer according to configuration.

Summary of every email.

This app creates a summary for each mail send.

Users are allowed to create followup

User are allowed send emails according to followups. Manual followups are also present.

Print overdue and email about overdue.

Users are allowed to print overdue report and also send overdue email.

You can configure follow-up levels goto Invoicing > Configuration > Follow-up > Follow-up Levels.

It will send payment emails and letters according to follow-up levels.



After click on send emails and generate letters,It will display summary of emails.


Here you can see the payment follow-up information, You can send overdue emails also print the overdue payment report.

Basically does what is say, but...

...on the letter report the date format does not change according to your language settings and the message printed on letter is hardcoded somewhere and cannot be changed (At least I couldn't find it). According to the support it is the same as the email message, which is simply not true. You also can't change the message on the letter, only in the emails according to the reminder level. As they (in my experience) sell you a half-baked product and want to charge extra for "customisation" of the module to fulfill it's purpose I haven't even bothered reporting this issue, but will implement it myself. That will save me a huge headache. My suggestion is to find a different module that actually does fully work that either costs more or get a free on and pay somebody to have it changed to your needs. I myself came to the conclusion not to buy from BrowseInfo anymore.
