Delivery Workflow

The module provides the ability to create and manage route for picking.

To use this module, you must installed Widget Google Maps: click

Firts steps:

  • Add google api key Settings/General Settings/Website/Google Maps
  • Create Delivery configuration in Spedition/Settings

Points are added to the map automatically via "Get picking coordinate" scheduler

You can find it in Settings/Automation/Scheduled Actions

about the picking that is generated from the sales module, we have the following need v12 community:


previous configurations in the desired module:


1 create delivery routes

     1.0 enter origin store (there may be one or more), enter the end point of the route on the map.

     1.1 assign quantity of vehicle departures (logistic) weekly / monthly

      1.2 assign a KM radius of a route, to consider customer orders according to their delivery address, the system performs the match and groups the orders to this route.

      1.3 detection of orders that are out of the route by the amount of KM that you indicate, so that the winery manager can assign manually or by the route that the system assigns.

1.- the sale is generated

2.- the picing reaches the inventory module for the warehouse staff.

3.- the system automatically assigns the picking to the pre-configured route.

4.- according to the frequency of each route send an email notifying of "preparation" (the days in advance that can be configured) with a report to the carrier and warehouse manager, the following:

       4.1 route (A / B / C) and stops with their directions. (carrier roadmap report)

       4.2 products that the warehouse manager must collect for each route associated with each client. Here a batch of boxes must be grouped per route, where each box is assigned to a customer. (report for winery manager)

5.- The system returns to notify the carrier and warehouse manager as a reminder of the delivery date, this time with an additional report that aims to collect the deliveries per customer:

      5.1 roadmap per client that allows delivery personnel to draw a space for each row of the report / paid or pending and amount with a pencil. The objective of this last point is so that the carrier can render the route to the treasury staff.
