Module to automate letters for unpaid invoices, with multi-level recalls.

You can define your multiple levels of recall through the menu:

Configuration / Follow-up / Follow-up Levels

Once it is defined, you can automatically print recalls every day through simply clicking on the menu:

Payment Follow-Up / Send Email and letters

It will generate a PDF / send emails / set manual actions according to the the different levels of recall defined. You can define different policies for different companies.

Note that if you want to check the follow-up level for a given partner/account entry, you can do from in the menu:

Reporting / Accounting / **Follow-ups Analysis

Email doesnt send automatically according to set rules The default email is the one sent no matter what template we create Looking for an other option from Odoo Oca account.financial.tools So it sounds promising but in the end its useless

Hello great module but is not working correct no matter what I tried it only send the default email template. I tried to: 1. duplicate email templates, and change the text. Changes saved, but it only send the default email template. 2. Change the text of email templates, changes are saved, but it only send the default email template. 3. logout, restart server, clean database 4. send manual or automatic email of different levels (with combination of above changes), but it only send the default email template.

Got the same issue as below
