Partner multiple Emails and CompanyEmail Alias
In multi-company mode, the module allows each company to fix the Email and by default send messages from the system's email of the current company.
Thanks to this module, only one email ( which is attached to the company) will participate in the chain of letter sending from Odoo system. The replies will be sent and stored on the mail with which they were sent.
This is an unconditional advantage over the standard sending of letters from the system, at which no matter what user of the system and from which module an email will be sent. After all, sending, receiving, and storing letters will still be done with Catchall, which is very uncomfortable when searching and classifying the correspondence.
After installing the module, the Emails tab appears in the contact card in which you can create multiple email addresses.
When you click the "Make it main" button, the email created will appear in the main Email field on the contact card. This should be remembered, since the master (general) mail isa login to enter the system.
There are two ways of sending letters in the system:
- from any card in the system (for example the contact card) under it there ia a "Send message" button. Email sending can be selected from the list.
- from system cards (for example, Invoice, Requests for quotation, Quotations) through the "Send by Email" button, which is under "Breadcrumbs."
In case of sending from the system cards through the "Send by Email" button, which is under "Bread crumbs", the system will by default set the email address which is filled out the first sequentially in Email tab.
It is also necessary that you should check the following settings:

New functionality will allow:
Business that runs management of several companies in CRM, chooses the Email address from which the sending of letters will take place. Now you can be sure that by sending an email from the selected Email, the reply will be sent to the same email. This will facilitate the search and classification of correspondence by system users.
