Gate Entry
Prixgen Tech Solutions introduces Gate Entry functionality where, whenever a vehicle / consignment enters or leaves the primises of a plant, Inward / Outward Gate Entry is done capturing the details of the goods and the vehicle..
Inward Gate Entry
Inward Gate Entry form captures, from where the vehicle is, products in the vehicle, LR/RR No., Vehicle No., Odometer Value to keep track of the kilometers travelled by the vehicle.
Source No. field in the line part filters the document based on the tab selected, whether it is Purchase tab or Sales Returns tab.
Outward Gate Entry
Outward Gate Entry form captures, from where the vehicle is, products in the vehicle, LR/RR No., Vehicle No., Odometer Value to keep track of the kilometers travelled by the vehicle.
Source No. field in the line part filters the document based on the tab selected, whether it is Sales tab or Purchase Returns tab.
Inward & Outward widget at Sales and Purchase Module
Configuration for Warehouse Users
Option provided at Gate Entry configuration to map the respective user with respective warehouse to indicate whether Gate Entry is required for the selected warehouse. Based on this configuration, Gate Entry is validated at the shipment level.
New field at Shipment Level
Gate Entry done is validated at the time of shipment, where a option is provided at shipment level to attach the respective Gate Entry for the respective shipment document.
