Product Invoice History
Overview
This module helps to get history of previous Customer Invoices & Vendor Bills of related Customer/Vendor for a Product. This module also helps to minimize time to check previous invoices/bills history.
Feature
- Quotation/Sale order: User get details like Product,Invoice number,Invoice date,SO number,Invoice Qty,State and Unit Price for Customer invoices based on Customer and Product.
- Request for Quotation/Purchase order: User get details like Product, Bill number, Bill date, Purchase order, Quantity, State and Unit Price for Vendor bills based on Vendor and Product.
- User get all the history of the previous invoiced/billed for selected Customer/Vendor for selected Product.
- Easy to install. No more configuration needed for this.
How It Works
Quotations/Sale Order
Click on the icon to get the history of previous Invoices with same customer and same product.
Customer Previous Invoices Details
This screen has the information about invoice like invoice number, date, quantity, unit price, status and sale order number for same customer and same product. All the history will be showing except current record.
Request for Quotations/Purchase Order
Click on the icon to get the history of previous Bills with same vendor and same product.
Vendor Bills Details
This screen has the information about bill like bill number, date, quantity, unit price, status and purchase order number for same vendor for same product. All the history will be showing except current record.
