This application for housemaid offices to manage daily operation, Housemaid system contains the following embedded systems

★CRM

Integrated with Odoo CRM module that allow you to manage your sponsors profiles in addtion to add remark the customer as blacklisted.

★Accounting

Integrated with Odoo Accounting module that allow you to manage sponsor invoices and dues.

Housemaid system is workflow based, that guide the user for next business action.

Housemaid system is has good feature for controlling the sponsors by adding black list flag in order to stop dealing with him next time.

You can apply new application by clicking create button then fill application items any time you can cancel the application then you can activate it.

Reservation transaction is the first step after apply new application, you can enter new housemaid sponsor, deal amount in addtion to sales name.

Visa transaction is the step after the reservation process, you can fill visa number and unified number also also you can upload photo copy from visa itself.

After the sponsor issue the visa and the office send the visa to external office, housemais start doing some activities at the other country like medical, contracting..., housemaid system allow you to recording all this activities.

Expected arrival is important step and here the office will record the date & time of housemaid arrival then the responsible can print detailed report showing list of extpected arrival list.

Arrival is important the confirmation step of receiving the housemaid hence the office will start call the sponsor.
