Custom Stock Report (Excel)

This module allow you to print a stock report, designed by you. More than a static report, this module help you design the desire report you are looking for, no need to know technical skill. Tag some location create your template and print your report. When you want you can remove and add column in your report template.

After install the module, you have 3 defaults report

1. Stock report
2. IN/OUT Report
3. Inventory

Let's print the In/OUT report and print the report

Create tag location

Associate one or more location to a tag, the report will track all the moves from / to the location. The quantity coming in from will be positive if postive with value from is selected.

Create Group column

After create the tag, you need to group them in a group column. In a group you have many option, show the title of the group, show the total of the colum in the group. A tag location can be added in many group column.

Create Report Template

After create the group, select the group colum you need in you report template. You have many options for the report, show initial stock, show final stock etc....

Generate the excel report

Finally Refresh the browser, in reporting menu, you will see a new menu with the name of the new report template, click on it, fill the fields and generate the excel report like it is show below.
