Unprofessional company. Doesn't work as it should and refuses to refund
This module will send you a report of all products below their treshold, but:
It won't include products that went to qty 0, so you won't get to know about product X that went from 5 units to 0.
It will always include all the products that are below treshold, even if those products were already reported in a previous notification report.
Asking them to make the modification for us they asked us more money than a reputable company we usually work with quoted us, on top of their module we already bought.
We asked for a refund as the module is not what we were expecting and their quote is too high. They refuse because "it's working as per the video", the video that is not even here.

You confirmed to us it should not show any products with quantity zero not to have a too big of a report.

It's not mentioned anywhere.

It's twice as high as our usual vendor, hence we opt for a refund as we can't use this module. The documentation you speak of is very limited and does not specify whether or not the notifications contain previous low in stock products.

As per company standards, we are not negotiating up to some level. and have already given you a very low-cost budget for this development. again the cost of development is depend on quality of work and commitment.
We apologize to you that our module is not fit with your requirement.
For the Refund policy, we only refund the only case the functionality is not working.
Based on your review & rating looks like you are not behaving like a professional customer.
We try to convince you a lot and helping in support but at the end of the conversation you only looking for the Refund.
As a customer, you should think before giving a negative Review & Rating on any app. due to unclear requirements from your side. As a company, it's hard to develop a module for vendors.
