The author claims that he did not receive any email from me even though he did. Then, tells me that he added me on skype even though he did not. I sent him an email and skype, and now, still no reply after 48 hours.

Mr.Louie.We understand your frustration . 1) I received the email and apologised for late response.Please don't make wrong impression here. 2) I did added you on skype ( there are plenty of Louie on skype - i sent message on closest match account ,if you want screenshot ,i can send it to you. 3) I did not denied support.I explained the reason for delay. And odoo Suppport ETA is 15 Days. I did not delayed out of limit. I am all positive and ready to help on your issue ,i request to not jump on any negative conclusion .I request to have some patient .We have a huge timezone difference hence couldn't set up proper time for meeting.

.We are running odoo 14 - is the https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/11.0/itm_petty_cash/ pettry module compatible with odoo 14-?

2.Why did you increase the price from  115 dollars last week?
3.Is it possible to attach a support document to the cash request --that is the way we work .for every cash request there are support documents which can be in pdf or in png format.does your module support this?

4.How do i get support from you in case i have issues?

7 days since I sent an email to the author and still no reply. The computations are wrong. No instructions sent after purchase. You'd expect 5 star service for an expensive app, but unfortunately, you won't get it with this one.
