Job Order / Work Order with Start and Stop Timer and Digital Customer Signature

Web Application and Responsive on Mobiles/Tablets

This app help employees to set Duration By buttons and it will allowed customer to sign on task after completing job order

Main Features:

  • Allow your technician or user to start/stop/pause clock timer on job order form of website portal my account page. So your technician can go to customer location start/stop/pause timer based on job order he/she has been assigned and working.
  • Record Timer information on job order form.
  • Durations are store on job order form.
  • Allow your customer to signature on job order. Signature box added on website page of users job order list.
  • Digital signataure will be store in backend job order record.
  • Allow you to do multiple start/stop/pause for same job order.
  • On stop of timer system will automatically pass some of data and open mobile timesheet view where user can directly fill timesheet for his/her work.
  • Mobile / Tablets reponsive. You can also use this as web application on your browser like chrome, firefox etc..
  • Allow your technician to go onsite at customer location and access it on his/her mobile devices.
  • Fully integrated with backend job order app.
  • Note that this is not Android or IOS made application. This is made using core Odoo Web Responsive framework.
  • This app is depend on our job order costing sheet app. You can see dependancies. So you will have all features of dependant apps.

    Click Start Button to Start Job Order / Work Order

    Click Pause Button to Pause Job Order / Work Order

    Mobile/Web Timesheet Fill by Employee / Technician

    Once Employee / Technician press Stop button on Job Order then System will redirect him to Mobile Timesheet.

    Timesheet filled by Employee / Technician show in backend on Job Order

    Timers and Duration History in Backend

    Digital Signature by Customer on Job Order form infront of Technician

    Do Signature on Job order

    Signature will be stored in Backend
