Configure Secondary Units for Products
Set allowed and default secondary UOMs for each product. Track inventory effortlessly using secondary units of measure.
To enable the Secondary Unit of Measure (UOM) feature, first activate Developer Mode. Then, go to User Access Rights and enable the "Secondary UOM" option. This allows you to configure secondary units of measure for products.
Enable "Is Secondary Product UOM" and select the secondary units and default unit at the product level for sales management; if the product has variants, configure them at the variant level instead.
You can view both the on-hand and forecasted quantities of the product in its secondary unit of measure (UOM).
Manage Sales Quantities in Secondary Units
Easily view and manage product quantities in secondary UOM within sales orders and automatically reflect them in related PDF reports.
You can view and manage sales order line items using the secondary unit of measure.
You can see the product’s secondary unit of measure (UOM) and its corresponding quantity in the Quotation/Order report.
