MTO - Create Separate Purchase Order

This module allow user to create separate PO for every sales procurement (for MTO Products only) if customer set as "MTO Special Request".

MTO Special Request for Customer

  • On customer screen there is configure to set customer as special so, every time this customer request for MTO product system will create separate PO instead of merging it.
  • Separate Purchase Orders

  • Here it shows that if that checkmark checked on customer then it will create separate purchase order instead of merging with existing that matches.
  • Link to Special PO Requestor

  • If Purchase order created separately based on configuration then user can see the customer from whom it is requested, just to manage that Purchase order easily.
