MultiSpeciality Center Management
MultiSpeciality Center is an integration of robust and resilient solutions
MultiSpeciality Center Management module is developed to manage General Multispeciality Center/Hospital.
This module provides multiple features for users like Receptionist, Pharmacist, Internal Pharmacist, Account Manager and Admin.

Facilities for Receptionist
A receptionist is a person who handles the overall reception part in multispeciality hospitals and can use the following features of module:
Record Patient's Details
Manage patients details with auto generating file no.
Record Doctor's Details
Manage doctors details with there visiting fee.
Create patient registration form and print invoice
After registring patient, receptionist can create his/her form. There is feature to search patient by his/her mobile number
If a patient wants to visit Doctor, select Doctor Section.
Then select Doctor's Name, and his visiting fee will be added in the form automatically.
And if a patient visits second time to the same doctor, visiting fee will be zero.
1.Search patient by registered mobile number
2.Select Doctor section.
3.Tick "second visit" to minus visiting fee
4.Select Doctor from the list
5.Select Doctor from the list and it will add visiting fee in order
If a patient wants to use various Services of the Hospital like different machines for tests, then select Service Section.
1.Select Service section, if patient wants to do any test
2.Enter Service number.
3.Enter Service number, it will add service in order line or choose service from order line
Facilities for Pharmacist
Management of Medicine, Stock, Substances, Medicine suppliers and more details.
Organise products by POS category
1.Choose product category from here.
Add substances of a medicine so that user can search alternate medicine with similar combination.
Expiry date notification in POS and Sale Order
It will notify expired product by changing the date in red color
1.Expired products are shown in red color.
2.Select Doctor and Patient.

Facilities for Internal Pharmacist
Internal Products Management
Products which are internally used like dettol, sanitizers, cotton, syrings, injections can be managed separately.
Facility to purchase internal products with internal vendors and there management.
Other Facilities
Reports of daily/monthly sale.
Demo users with different access rights.
