HelloSign Integration with Odoo

This app allow Odoo to integrate with HelloSign which is the world leading free eSignature platform. This module add integration of Sales order of Odoo to Sign PDF by your customer. This app is also work as framework so for any other Odoo documents like Purchase, Contract, Employee Contract, Invoice etc etc if you want to have HelloSign Integration it can be done very easily.

Main Features:

- Allow you to send HelloSign signature request to your customer from Odoo.
- This app gives example on Sales order form where you can send HelloSign sign request to your customer.
- You can use this app as framework and implement HelloSign sign request from Odoo any document like Purchase, Contract, Employee Contract, Invoice etc etc.
- Your company should have account on HelloSign and you have to get API key from HelloSign and set on company form. This is the only configuration needed.
- System manage complete history of HelloSign request and response.
- System show status of HelloSign request if customer has signed or rejected in Odoo as well.

Command to install HelloSign hellosign_sdk library in Ubuntu:

- Python (Odoo version 10.0): sudo pip install hellosign-python-sdk
- Python-3.5 (Odoo version 11.0): sudo python3.5 -m pip install hellosign-python-sdk

HelloSign API Key Configuration on Company Form

Configure your HelloSign API Key on company form. This key will use for synchronize document with HelloSign api.

Get API Key From HelloSign

Get your API Key from HelloSign. Go to Setting -> API -> Reveal Key and paste it on company form.

Example to Show HelloSign Feature using Button on Sale Order

Here two buttons are on sale order.
1. Send Document For Sign: This button will allow you to send document PDF to HelloSign for signature
2. Documents: It will show history of sent documents for signature for particular sale order.

Send Document for Sign to HelloSign

On click of Send Document for Sign it will open below popup wizard on sales order. Here we need to add file path of pdf document and Signer who will sign the document. So using given file path system will take document and create and send HelloSign request and HelloSign will send email to your customer for sign request.

History of Sent Document HelloSign URL into Odoo.

Here we will store HelloSign URL of sent document for signature. So, we will check document from sale order on one click.

Here all the history of sent document from odoo is stored and also we can get status of document either it is signed or not.
