POS Create/Update Sales Quotation

Way to create new or update existing sales quotation using POS interface

Create/Update Sales Quotation in POS Interface

In POS UI, you will see the new Sales Order button. Click on it to select a sales quotation/order to be imported in POS.

Now you are in the sales order list. Search for the sales order you want to import, select it and click Set Sale Order.

After selecting a sales order, it will lead you back to POS with the details of the selected sales order. You can add more products, change/delete the products coming from sales order, change the quantity, discount and price, change the customer, etc. Note that if products in sales order are not defined to be available in POS, it will return an error.

Then click Create/Update Sales Quotation to continue the process.

Finish the Sales Quotation by filling up the Order Date, Customer Reference and Sales Notes.

Finally, choose if you want to Create new sales quotation or Update the imported sales quotation. It will open a new window/tab for the created/updated sales quotation.

Configuration

Easy setup of Create/Update Sales Quotation workflow in POS

Create new or update existing sales quotation in POS configuration is as easy as ABC. Configuration can be found in Point of Sale > Configuration > Point of Sale. In POS Workflow field, select Create/Update Sales Quotation. In POS Import field, select Sale Order.
