Purchase Indent / Requisition Management
Main Features
- It Makes It Easy To Manage The Purchase and Create the Request for Quotation.
- It Gives The Warning Massage For Insufficient Quantity of Perticular Product in Stock.
- Employee/User Can Create Purchase Indent/Requisition.
- Create Purchase Order By Selecting Multiple Vendors and System Will Create Multiple RFQ's Based On Vendors Selected On Lines.
- It Makes Easy To Control The Purchase and It Will Create the Request for Quotation for Required Quantity for All Products.
Create the Indent.
Click on the confirm Button to confirm the Indent.
Click on the confirm Approve then Ready to transfer.
Set the Source location.
The Ordered Quantity is 20 and Available Quantity is 16.
Click on the Purchase Button to Create Request for Quotation for Insufficient Quantity in Stock.
Request for Quotation will be Created.
