Product/Item/Equipment/Vehicle Rental Management
This app allow rental management business for Product/Item/Equipment/Vehicles.
Main Features:
- Allow you to configure rental prices on product form. This will give you feature where you can set rent price / day based on rental periods/count.
- You can set which product will be act as rental product and which one will act as Sales product.
- Allow you to configure weekend prices on product form.
- Allow you to set minimum rental days on product form.
- Customer can choose now start and end datetime of rental period and system will show availibility and prices accordingly.
- If customer rent product for weekend then system will show weekend prices. If you have not configure weekend price or you do not want to apply or use weekend price then system will show price set based of days. So system is flexible enough.
- System will show summary of status of cart page on website.
- Sales order will keep information of rental.
- On confirmation of sales order system will create stock reservation record automatically.
- Allow you to configure weekend price based on closing days.
- Non rental product which are actually going to sale to customer won't effected by rental system.
- Passing information of rental from sales order to Customer invoice.
- System will show status/warning message in different places on website product and cart page but will not forcefully restrict customer if product is not available. System is expecting that customer will see message and get to know status and then can choose other period or will skip that product.
- System is respecting stock on hand quantity and reservations and based on that is show status to customer.

Rental Configuration on Product Form
This screen will allow you to declar any product of your system as rental product and allow you to configure rental prices based on rent period. (Note that Price of Rental Price Configuration is Price per Day.). You can also set weekend price of product as well as you can also define Minimum rate. Odoo Sales price on product form will act as price per day if system will not find any configuration on Rental Price Configuration.
Rental Product Screen on Website Shop Page on Ecommerce - 1
This screen will show to your customer/guest which allow them to input start datetime and end datetime on based on that inputs it will show status of avilibility. This screen will also show Total Days and Total Hours counting from start datetime and end datetime automatically. Fully integrated with Variants of product and pricelist. Pricing will respect price configuration on product form by days as well as odoo product pricelist of customer. Multi currency cases will also work.
Shopping cart page will show Rental start datetime and end datetime which have been choosen on product page previously. System will also show status of product availibility as summary on cart page.
Rental Sale Order Created in Backend
Rental information will be shown on Sales order.
Stock Reservation Created for Rental Lines Automatically.

This menu will list all the reservation from Sales order.
On Hand Quantity Warning on Product Shop Page
When customer try to purchase more than On Hand Quantity of your stock. This will be based on reservations on periods and stock on that period.

Show Reserved Quantity Warning Message
System will display Warning On Product Page when customer try to add quantity on reserved date for product. This will respect Odoo stock as well as reservations records on rental periods.

Weekend Price with Closing Days Case
If Customer select date as configured on selected Closing days Configuration End date will automatically Changed to Closing End day by system. This is because rental shop is closed on weekend so customer has to come on selected day to return rental product.
Non Rental Product on Shop - 5
If you are selling directly any product to customer then it won't show anything related to rental.
