Key features:


Report Professional gives you the ability to:
Add a general report style for all company templates.
Four (4) Templates to choose from: Modern Template, Classic Template, Retro Template, Odoo Template (default)
Change the report style just for a particular document.
Edit several customization settings:
    General Settings: Theme Color, Font (color, family, size).
    Header Settings: background, logo position, font size...
    Footer Settings: background, font size, components (Company Info, Social Media, Bank Details, Copyright...).
    Body Settings: table type (Inverse, striped, bordered...), Font/Background Colors (head, body), Product Images display...
Watermark and background Settings: Text, time, logo

* Report Professional is supported with Odoo Enterprise and Community versions.

Go To: Settings → Technical → Reports → Report Settings :

How it works?

* Set the Default Report Settings For Your Company.

* Assign a Specific Report Style to a Partner.

* Assign a Specific Report Style to a Document.

* Automatically assign Report Style to a Partner.

General Settings and Advantages

1 - Specify the print template for each type of document :

(there are five different templates for each type of document)

2- Customize your own style:

- Theme color ( Ensure that you use your company’s theme colors).
- Font (color, size and family)

3 - Customize header and footer sittings:

Each print template has its own header and footer. Although for a report style, there is the possibility to use a unified header / footer for all documents that will use it as a print style.
- To use a unified header / footer :
a) In 'General Settings' check the 'Static Header' / 'Static Footer' option.
b) Choose if the header/ footer will be shown only in first/last pages or will be repeated in all pages.
c) Customize other header/footer parameters : Logo position, background, font size, components (Social Media, Bank Details, Copyright …) .

4- Customize report body :

- Type table
- Font and backgrounds color
- Enable/Disable displaying product image

Terms and Conditions

Theme Color

For a dynamic and professional report, color plays a key role. Customize the theme color to get your template designed and organized as you need.

Text Color

Text Color is font color. It's styled with the text formatting properties of your templates.

Font Size

The font size is the overall size of the text (usually the height). Usually, the font size should be set between 7 and 14 on the report.

Font Family

In this category of the Report you can select any font, just enter your preferred font. Any "Google Font" can be applied.

Header Style

For a professional report design, you can set up either a static header style for all documents, or a specific header style applied for each template. This is very powerful.

Footer Style

Also you can set up either a static footer style for all documents, or a specific footer style applied for a single template.

Header & Footer Properties

HEADER

General Settings:

If 'Header Static' is checked, one general header will be used for all report templates, and you can :
choose, if it will be shown only on first page or repeated on all pages.
Edit the Company's Name Text Color.

Properties:

You can also customize:
1.Header Font Size (by default 12px)
2.Logo Position: Left/Right.
3.Header Background Color.

FOOTER

General Settings:

The same rules for Header.

Settings Properties:

1.Select Your Font Size.
2.Show details info for your Company or no.
3.Show logo or no.
4.Show Social media or no.
5.Add Copyright text for your Company.

Body Advantages:

  1. Style Table: You can choose any table:[(Normal, Striped, Bordered, Responsive)]

Add Payment style (Status/Info) on Invoices.

Watermark

A watermark is an image or text superimposed on selected pages in a PDF document. When enabled, the PDF Watermark component can apply a watermark at check-in (static watermark) or when a user requests to view or download a PDF document (dynamic watermark). They are available in Odoo to use on your report.

Pre-Installation Requirements

For Javascript dependency, please download the Web Widget Color module from this link:

Installation

  • After this operation, you need to extract it. Copy this module and paste it in your addons-path or in the same directory of your own Odoo modules.
  • Update the list of modules on the Odoo interface and search for 'web_widget_color' to complete the installation.
  • Then install the Web Widget Color module called 'web_widget_color' on Odoo Apps.

By default it will saved as Order - SO00001.pdf for a Sale Order Purchase - PO00001.pdf for a Purchase Order. Also it can can be modified as SO-00001.pdf and PO-00001.pdf if you need it.

Is the module support file name for SO, PO with number? For examples, file name will be SO-00001.pdf
