Create Sales order from Products
This module allows you to create commercial offers from the section "Products options". Thus, you will have the opportunity to select the necessary list of products, price list,customer and create a commercial offer in just a few clicks.
Standard system settings allow you to create a commercial offer in the sales or CRM modules in the deal card. At the same time, you have to choose the product items one by one and add them to the commercial offer, which increases the time to create it:
The Create Sales Order from Products module will provide the opportunity to create commercial offers in the "Product Options" section in a couple of steps. And in the created commercial offer, those products that you mark will automatically be added.
You just need to:
- mark the desired products;
- select the customer who you want to create this commercial offer for;
- choose a price list from which prices for the selected products will be applied.
Such a variant of creating commercial offers will be convenient if there is a task to create them according to the relevant product names.That is, if the manager's focus is directed atworking with your company's need to proposethe implementation of specific product names(for example, products that are subjected topromotions, discounts, or just the expirationdate is approaching).
Let's see how it works:
First of all, you need to enable the section "Product options" in the settings:
So, in order to create a commercial offer for selected products in three steps,we need:
Step 1: Go to the Sales module and further in the "Product Options" section, select the "List" display mode:
Step 2: Then mark the products for which you want to create a commercial offer, and in the "Action" menu select "Create quotation":
Step 3: Next, you will be asked to select a customer, price list and create a commercial offer:
Similarly, you can create a commercial offer directly from the product option card:
