if you select all products and scan barcode then product real qty increased by 1 if product not existed in inventory details line then it added in inventory line at real qty set to 1.

Scrap Barcode Scanner

There are issues
Sometimes when you validate an internal transfer the quantities moved can be very different from what is scanned. The bug was reported but up to now they haven't fixed it.
Is this module available for Odoo version 11
I was trying to buy this but at the time of checkout says for odoo 12.0 so I am not sure if this module works over version 11 or not.

Buggy
Incompatible with doing a manual inventory for a location that is not the standard location. The products scanned will automatically get the standard location instead of the location specified when creating the inventory adjustment.
