Configuration of the secret Pin

Settings > Users > Users > Administrator

You could see a check field Enable blocking of remove Orderline. Enable it and you could see the field Admin Security Pin which is used for entering the lock pin.

Enter the lock pin and save the user form.

POS Side

Point of Sale > Dashboard

Activate the point of sale by pressing the New Session / Resume button as shown in the screen. If it is going to start a fresh session, the button shown will be New session.

POS Ordering

Adding a product by selecting the required product from products interface shown on the right side of POS and required quantity.

Ordered products

After ordering of products we could see that the order lines turned int black color instead of green because the order has been sent. This has been done using the Order button on the button interface over the numpad.

Trying deletion of the ordered order line

When we try to delete the ordered line, the system will ask for the secret pin set on the administrator user.

Case of Correct password

When we try correct password for unlocking the orderline delete, the system will allow us to delete it without fail. But each time when we try deleting line by line, system will ask for the secret pin.

Case of Incorrect password

When we try incorrect password for unlocking the orderline delete, the system will not allow us to delete it directly.

Trying deletion of the ordered order

Trying to delete the order is similar to that of deletion of order lines. System will ask for password. Entering correct security pin will delete the order by showing a confirmation page as below.

Try entering incorrect pin will be the failure of order deletion as below.
