Settings > Users and companies > Users > Technical settings ->

  • Enable Manage Multiple Stock Locations
  • Enable Manage Multiple Warehouses
  • Enable Manage Product Variants

You can see the Stock Balance by Location table under Inventory>Products>Inventory Tab after the installation of the module. As shown in the image, you can see the location name and its respective product stock details for on hand, forecast, incoming and outgoing fields.

The Odoo will consider the default destination location for the order.

Once you confirm the purchase order the incoming quantity of the product will be updated and as soon as it’s status is converted to shipped it will be added in on hand quantity.

The same thing goes for the sale order, once you proceed to create a sale order, warehouse location will be displayed.

After confirming the location and confirming the sale order the product quantity would be updated under the Outgoing quantity.

You can also get the report of a particular product’s stock location.

Moreover, you can also get reports printed for multiple products and stock location.
