Rental Order KanBan view

KanBan view of the rental orders are simple and it is easy to navigate through them.

On the card You have main information: Rental order number, active date, partner, price, stage.

Rental Products

You have a product list on You left side.

Easy access to all Your products and also to Your rental products too.

Settings

In the settings sub-meniu You can write an additional terms of rental contract.

These terms are fixed. Once You configure it - leave it or change it.

Rental Order Form

In the rental order form select the partner.

You can add rental description, it will help You to navigate through all Your rental orders.

Select rental order date from / to.

In the order lines select the rental product from the product list.

In the "Repeat Every" You select how often You write an invoice to Your client.

Confirmed Rental Order

After You confirm Your rental order You must put the product to rental inventory location.Before usage, You must create one and select that this location is rental location. At this point, rental order stage becomes "Rental Confirmed".

Rental Contract

After product moves to the rental location, You can create rental contract by pressing button in the rental form "Create Rental Contract".

This rental contract is based by Odoo standard functionality but with a little bit of modifiactions.

It creates and automatic invoices by the date interval.

After contract creation, rental order stage becomes "Active Rental"

Rental Contract Form

Rental Contract form has a standard information which is gathered from the rental order.

In the contract you can select to create invoices automatically and also create invoice on the spot by pressing button "Create Invoices".

Closing Rental Order

If You want to close rental order, first You must return products to main inventory location.

Go to picking where rental product was moved to rental location and create return picking.

Validate return picking.

Closed Rental Order

After receiving rental product in the rental order form You can press button "Close Rental".

If You want to use rental order again, You can make a duplicate order from clsoed one.

Printing Rental Order

You can print You rental order from the order form.

Press "Print" button and there is a "Rental Order" pdf document which downloads to You computer.
