US 1099 FORM
In this method you can send mail or download 1099 form as pdf format and we can also send mail or download 1099 form in accounting.
Step 1:
Choose a vendor and select "1099" checkbox in Sales&Purchases page and save the record.
Step 2:
And now click "send 1099" button.
Step 3:
Once you click the button "send 1099", you can see the wizard view and choose the year which you want to generate the 1099 form and click "Generate 1099" button.
Step 4:
You can see the total amount and generated pdf file in the wizard view and you can download the attachment.
Step 5:
And you can also send mail with the attachments by clicking "send 1099" button.
Step 6:
Open invoicing module and click Reporting menu where you can find "1099" main menu and two sub-menus.
Step 7:
click the menu "Send 1099 Form" and now wizard view will be opened and choose the year and click "Find Vendors".
Step 8:
And now the vendors appear on the wizard line and you can download the PDF attachments.
Step 9:
You can also send mail with the attachments by selecting "Select All" check box and by clicking "Send 1099" button.
Step 10:
Click the menu "1099 History".
Step 11:
Now you can see the history of 1099 and you can also download the PDF attachments.
