Vendor Commission Management

Vendor Commission Management allows Odoo users to specify and calculate the Commission being assigned to the Product Vendor.

This module helps you to choose the vendor and based on the commission information assigned for the product, the Odoo system automatically calculates the commission for the product price listed in the SO.

It supports 2 commission types: Percentage-wise, Fixed Amount, OR ICB(Individual Case Basis) for setting up a commission at the time of SO.

Get accurate reporting of the commission amount to be paid to the vendors from custom reports from the menu bar.

How to Install

For Installation - Go to apps -> Search 'Vendor Commission Management' -> Install.
How to Use
-
The vendor and its commission types should be configured for the specific product before using the features of the Vendor Commission module.

While Product configuration, Go to Purchase -> Select Vendor -> Select the Commission type.
Pre-Requisites

Percentage: Enter the percentage value(in the âCommissionâ Column) of which the amount is to be given to the vendor from SO

Fix Amount: Enter the Fix Amount to be given to the vendor from SO
-
ICB: This simply means Individual Case Basis. You can assign the commission amount at the time of making a Sales Order
Commission Types:

Create a Sales Order from Sales Module

Enter the relevant Customer Details.

Add the vendor under the "Supplier" Column
-
For the mentioned supplier, only the relevant products will appear in the Product Field.
Usage
-
Based on the Commission Details assigned to the product, the column: "Commission Type", "Commission", and "Company Commission" will be reflected

The Above mentioned fields will be auto-populated if the Commission Type of the product is set to Percentage OR Fix Amount

The desired amount needs to be entered in case of the Commission Type set to ICB

In order to get commission reporting, go to Sales -> Reporting -> Company Commission

Create a Sales Order from Sales Module
Enter the relevant Customer Details.
Add the vendor under the “Supplier” Column
For the mentioned supplier, only the relevant products will appear in Product Field.
Based on the Commission Details assigned to the product, the column: “Commission Type”, “Commission”, and “Company Commission” will be reflected
The Above mentioned fields will be auto-populated if the Commission Type of the product is set to Percentage OR Fix Amount
The desired amount needs to be entered in case of the Commission Type set to ICB
Reporting
In order to get commission reporting, go to Sales -> Reporting → Company Commission
