POS Membership - Loyalty Program Features
Membership Menu:
- A central hub to access all membership-related functionalities.Organized submenus for easy navigation.
Membership Plans:
- Admins can create membership plans, defining details such as plan duration, type, description, price, and applicable price lists.
Membership Product Addition:
- This allows the admin to create membership-related products. It has an enabled membership box for user interaction and a membership tab to select plans.
Membership Status Management:
- View membership statuses, including active and cancelled plans in the membership record list. Confirm memberships to reflect changes in the customer profile.
POS Dashboard Functionality:
- Select products associated with membership plans directly from the POS dashboard.
Dynamic Pricing Updates:
- When customers purchase products as members, their prices adjust automatically based on the membership benefits.
POS Membership - Loyalty Program Workflow
- Go to Point Of Sale -> Membership -> Membership Plans. Create membership plans with flexible features and pricing.
- Navigate to membership products and create new ones, enable the membership option, display the membership tab, and select the desired membership plans.
- Go to the POS Dashboard and select products with a membership plan for purchase.
- Navigate to the membership section to view records and confirm membership.
- Go to the section for membership cancellation reasons to create reasons and choose them when canceling a membership plan.

POS Dashboard: Membership
Click on Point of Sale, then proceed to Membership > Membership Plans, and choose Membership Plans to open the settings.
Create Membership Plans
Create a new membership plan by entering details such as duration, duration type, price, and plan description, and selecting the price list.
Plans List
View the complete list of membership plans.
Products: Membership filter
Apply the "Is Membership" filter to showcase membership plans in the product catalog.
Products: Navigate
Navigate to the membership products area.
Create Membership Product
Enable the membership option to create membership products, show the membership tab, and select a corresponding membership plan.
Membership Product
Show the catalog of all available membership products.
POS Products Screen
Choose products with a membership plan and select a customer to proceed with the transaction.
Payment Successful
Display complete order details on the receipts.
Memberships
Display the list of membership records.
Membership Confirm
Display all information related to the membership and click the confirm button to continue.
Customer Profile
After the membership confirmation, customers can check their membership details and see the price list.
Cancellation Reasons
Create new membership cancellation reasons and display the list of all cancellation reasons.
Pos Product Screen
After confirming membership plans, the customerâs pricing will be adjusted based on the selected membership plan.
Payment Successful: Receipt
Display order details on the receipt after the membership plan is confirmed.
Cancel Membership
After clicking the cancel button, a popup will display for canceling the plan; choose a reason and enter a comment.
Membership Record
Check the cancellation status in the membership record list.
Customer Details
After canceling the membership plan, the customer will no longer see any membership details, and the price list will remain unchanged.
POS Product: Unchanged Price
Once the membership plan is canceled, the customer will not notice any changes in product pricing.
