Overview



Sales Module

1. There are two buttons named "Send By Whatsapp" and "Send by Whatsapp direct"



2. After clicking "Send by Whatsapp" button a wizard will open with pre-filled Customer and Message



3. After Clicking "Send Message" button, it will open WhatsApp web tab with the pre-filed text for the customer number to send



4. After pressing the send button, the result will be as below



5. User can also edit the default text from the wizard.



6. The Result will be as below



7. By Clicking "Send By Whatsapp Direct" button user can easily send message to your customer with pre-filled Quotation Details/ Order details without manually editing the text.



8. All the message will be recorded in the chatter view to display from the website



Invoice Module

1. There are two buttons named "Send By Whatsapp" and "Send by Whatsapp direct"



2. After clicking "Send by Whatsapp" button a wizard will open with pre-filled Customer and Message of invoice details.
User can manually edit the message too.



3. After Clicking "Send Message" button, it will open WhatsApp web tab with the pre-filed text for the customer number to send



4. The result will be as below.



5. User can also send a direct message without editing by clicking "Send by Whatsapp Direct"
which will send a pre-filled Invoice details to the customer



6. All the message will be recorded in the chatter view to display from the website

2. After clicking "Send by Whatsapp" button a wizard will open with pre-filled Vendor and Message of purchase order details.
User can manually edit the message too.



3. After Clicking "Send Message" button, it will open WhatsApp web tab with the pre-filed text for the customer number to send
And after sending the message the result will be as below



4. User can also send a direct message without editing by clicking "Send by Whatsapp Direct"
which will send a pre-filled Purchase Order Details to the vendor



5. All the message will be recorded in the chatter view to display from the website

CRM

1. There is one button named "Send By Whatsapp"



2. After clicking "Send by Whatsapp" button a wizard will open with customer (if exist) and Message box to write the message



3. User can manually type the message.



4. After clicking "send message" button, whatsapp web tab will open and from there user can send the message. the result will be as below.



5. All the message will be recorded in the chatter view to display from the website

Configurations

Customer Configuration

  • Add Phone for the customer/ vendor in oder to send them whatsapp message. The phone number will be considered as the whatsapp number.

  • If no phone number is provided, there will be a user error while sending message to whatsapp.

WhatsApp Configuration

  • Scan the QR code from WhatsApp mobile in order to connect WhatsApp web. This window will show when you try to send message from any feature without being logged in.

Required Browser Extensions

  • For Chrome Browser: iFrame Allow
  • For Firefox Browser: Ignore X-Frame-Options

We used Odoo 11 community.

With this module we have error
