Odoo 12 POS Kitchen Screen (Community)

POS kitchen Screen shows orders and their state to Cook and Manager

Note: This module is tested and working in Odoo community edition but not tested in Enterprise version. And we are supporting Ubuntu OS and not Windows OS.

Features

    - Kitchen screen is for staff to see order that has been placed.
    - It will also show particular table orders.
    - Kitchen screen has two user category: Cook and Manager.
    - Cook can only see and update order of specified categories.
    - Manger can see all categories orders and table orders.
    - Manager and cook user can print receipt from listview and kanban view (Via Posbox Thermal Print).
    - Manager can change kitchen state based on order and product wise.

How to use

  • To enable kitchen screen view, here is the configuration.
  • You can set kitchen screen user as cook or manger and assign categories by which you can give right to see order that belongs to given category.
  • Separate pos should be configured for the cook user.

  • Send to kitchen button can be used for table service.
  • For counter service simply place order and it will be send to kitchen.
  • Add note button is used to write a note on particular order line.
  • If user is manager kitchen screen button will be visible.

  • Manager can see screen that is shown below by clicking kitchen screen button.
  • You can see order note below the order in red line.
  • By clicking on information icon you can see table order note.

  • Manger can also see list view of orders and also have filtration buttons of specified categories in settings.

  • For table service restaurants, order will be saved in cart and you can see the order status.

  • we can see a screen shown below when cook will log in.
  • As per order progress, cook can update state.

Good...but cost more just to print to printer

Its a good app BUT to use printer we must buy IOT posBox that cost more than $150 each.. ...so..totally the cost is the same or higher than other module that no need using Pox Box to print

You will use Epson network printer supported by Odoo so no need to use IOTBox for that purpose.

Time Zone - POS Scree - it's getting 4 hours longer than correct

I'm using odoo Odoo 12.0-20190424 (Community Edition), with your company's POS Kitchen screen component package, but I'm having a problem with the time sent to the panel, I've already searched in every way, but the time sent is not the same in my timezone, or on my server,

and also the option to print from the panel, it doesn't open like the normal prints I use at my POS, using the local printers on my network.



Now I ran the latest Version Update, from the module package, even so, about the time of my POS and My Computer Time Zone, it's getting 4 hours longer than correct...

How to solve this? which file can i change to get the correct time zone?

(Pre-purchase question) Are there extra configurations to be able to run this module? or only the module is installed and everything will work correctly? Do you work with Odoo 11 to 100%?
