Solution Answer for Helpdesk Support Ticket odoo app helps users to provide solution answers with solution images for helpdesk support tickets. Users also can print ticket reports with solutions with images. Users can see ticket solutions on portal view with solution images. This Odoo app contains almost everything you need for the service desk, technical support team, call center management, Issue ticketing system which include issue tracking, billing payment, tech support portal, service request with timesheet to be managed in Odoo project management app. Website customer helpdesk support ticketing system is used to give customers an interface where users can send support ticket requests and attach documents from the website. Support tickets will be sent by email to customer and admin and manage online ticketing systems for customer support in Odoo. Also it allows you to create invoices easily from the timesheet logged for the project issue and helpdesk support ticketing system. Customers can view their ticket from the website portal and easily see the stage of the reported ticket. Also, customers can communicate with the help-desk support team from the website communication option. This app helps to make a solution on the ticket/issue of the helpdesk and send it to the customer through a report and using portal login the customer can see the solution.

If you are using Odoo enterprise version then please note that, This app doesn't work with odoo enterprise's Helpdesk app, We have our own Helpdesk app and this app adds Helpdesk Ticket Solution Answer on our helpdesk app.
