ENTERING CLEVERREACH CREDENTIALS IN CLEVERREACH SETTING

  • To enter CleverReach credentials you have to.
  • Go to CleverReach-> Configuration->settings.
  • Username (Username of your CleverReach account) Client Id (In CleverReach go to profile --> account) Password(Password of your CleverReach account)
  • Then save setting. When you click on Save button it will build connection with your CleverReach account

IMPORT OPERATIONS

  • Import/update campaigns from CleverReach to Odoo.
  • Import/update list/contact from CleverReach to Odoo.
  • Import Customer response against campaigns.
  • You can also activate auto scheduler from this view.To activate auto scheduler, you need to check the ettities and auto scheduler option. Then specify the time interval and interval units.

CLEVERREACH CAMPAIGNS DETAILS

  • Go to CleverReach Campaign Tab where you can see each campaign details.

CLEVERREACH LIST DETAILS

  • Go to CleverReach List Tab where you can see each List details.

CREATE/UPDATE CLEVERREACH LIST'S CONTACTS FROM LIST VIEW

  • Go to contacts in Odoo. Open the contact and go to CleverReach Detail tab where you can see Add to Cr List Button. CLick this button and select the list where you want to add.
  • In CleverReach tab, you can also see the details of customer response against campaign.
