Appness Employee Delegations

Grant temporary access to your employees and revoke it when a predefined period is over.

Delegations creates a new menu in the Employee module.

Delegations can be done on employees that are linked to users

Delegations allows you to grant an employee similar access rights to another employee

Delegations allows you to select from and to dates. When the end date is reached, the granted access will be automatically revoked

You may also plan an access grant beforehand

The access rights granted to the employee are those which they don’t already have in their user settings (This ensures that at the revoke time only these access rights are taken away)

You may choose to tick off certain access rights and give only certain ones

You may revoke the access manually before the end of the period

Delegations may be linked to Odoo Time Off module

When an employee applies for a Time Off, they may select the employee delegated. This will prompt the creation of a draft delegation record with the same dates of the leave
