Global Sale, Purchase & Invoice Discount
For Helping to add fixed or percentage based discount on total amount for sales, purchases and invoicing in odoo.

Setup & Configure
Set up different discount accounts such as Purchase discount & Sales discount so you can check the amount of discount in Chart of Accounts.
See the Detailed Configuration of discount account set up under the chart of accounts for sale Discount.
Create Sale Order Fill the necessary all the values of the sale order and select "Apply Discount" now in bellow Sale total Discount fields visible and so now select Sale Discount Account , Discount type Fixed and give 100 Sale Discount.

Journal Entry
Create Purchase Order Fill the necessary all the values of the Purchase order and select "Apply Discount" now in bellow total Discount fields visible and so now select Purchase Discount Account , Discount type Percentage and give 10 Per Purchase Discount.
