Automatic Comp Off Calculation
Basic Features
- This module helps an organizations to manage Comp Off of employees daywise based on Sunday's attendance and Hourwise based on login and logout information in the attendance record.
- The module has added a new field in the contract form of the employee, which defines the daily working hours of the employee based on their working schedule.
- This module has added a new checkbox field in Employee form, which helps HR Manager to define to whom they want to give Overtime (Comp Off).
- The scheduler, checks attendance of Employee whose Overtime checkbox is checked and who checked in on Sunday's. For those employees Allocation Request would be created.
- Also Individual Leave Request would be created.
- If the total hours exceeds actual working hours, an incentive record according to Sunday's attendance and working hour corresponding to the employee would be created.
