Assign documents to your employees
Solve your problem of assigning many documents to every single employee, massively and in a smart way. Payslips and other confidential documents are no longer a problem.

Configure your system path
Set a path where you can upload files massively
Go to Employees -> Configuration -> Smart documents configuration
Configure your filesystem path, considering the possibility to add multiple paths for multiple rules".
Assign an unique reference to your employees
Set an id or a badge number used to match document filenames
Open your employee and set the unique reference
This field will match filenames in the path added in the configuration section
Wait for cron doing the job
Odoo will automatically assign files to employees
After uploading your files in the specific folders, you have to wait the cron.
The default configuration will run the cron every 12 hours, moving files from filesystem to employees massively and without mistakes
If you wan't wait you can use button "force import" in the configuration section (see Employees -> Configuration -> Smart documents configuration)
To each one their own documents
With permission and access rules ready, each one will see only what belong to them.

Configura il percorso di sistema
Imposta un percorso dove caricare massivamente i files da assegnare
Vai in Impiegati -> Configurazione -> Documenti smart
Configura il percorso sul tuo filesystem, considerango la possibilitá di aggiungere percorsi multipli per differenti scopi
Assegna un riferimento univoco ai tuoi impiegati
Imposta un identificativo o un numero di badge che sará utilizzato nel confrontare i nomi dei files
Apri l'anagrafica del tuo impiegato e imposta un riferimento univoco
Questo campo sará confrontato con il nome dei files presenti nella cartella indicata in precedenza
Attendi che lo scheduler faccia il lavoro
Odoo assegnerá automaticamente i files ad ognuno degli impiegati
La configurazione di default eseguirá il processo ogni 12 ore, spostando i files dal filsystem agli impiegati massivamente e senza errori.
Se non vuoi attendere puoi usare il pulsante "forza importazione" nella sezione configurazione (vedi Impiegati -> Configurazione -> Documenti smart)
Ad ognuno i propri documenti
Grazie ai permessi e alle regole di accesso, ognuno vedrá solo ció che gli compete.
