MIS Project Budget Cockpit

Based on analytic account budget and project budget, the module "MIS Project Budget Cockpit" shows the KPI's (key performance indicators) planned amount in compare to earnings, effort and balance of each analytic acount. On the earning side, the module sums up debit. And on the expense side it sums up Timesheet entries based on cost per employee (HR-Module) and credit invoises booked on the corresponding analytic account. So you have the full transparency in your project budget anytime and you can track the KPIs.
