Yes, the app works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise (On-premise and Odoo.SH) as well as Community. Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps and hence this app cannot be installed on Odoo Online.

No, it is not possible to change the recipient address once your Delivery Order is processed in Odoo.

You may need to recheck the credentials you entered while configuring shipping provider. It is also possible that there can be an address mismatch between GLS & default company address entered in Odoo. In addition, you can also contact the support team of respective shipping provider. Although, it is not mandatory to always retrieve the shipping services. You can directly create delivery method from Sales / Configuration / Delivery Methods.

The customer can track the latest shipment status from their account on the Website under the 'My Account / Order' section. Moreover, when the Delivery Order is validated, the customer will get an Email with the tracking link if ‘Auto Send Shipment Mail’ is checked while configuring the shipping instance.

Yes. You can cancel the shipment after your Delivery Order is processed. Just click on 'Cancel' button beside tracking number in Additional Info tab of Delivery Order. If GLS has shipped your packages to customer, then it will not be possible to cancel the shipment, practically.

No. You cannot create product-specific shipping fees from GLS.

No, Domestic & International services will be available in the same instance. There is no need to create a separate instance for each of them.

If you prefer to make Packaging of one or more products, the Packaging weight is counted separately and is then added to the actual weight of Product. This total weight is termed as Weight for Shipping.

At the time of checkout, the customer will see a list of GLS services (Delivery Methods) which are marked as ‘Published on Website’ in Odoo. They will also be able to see the rates associated with each delivery method and choose whichever option they find appropriate.

Customer can track their latest shipment status from their account in website under the My Account / Order section. Moreover, when Delivery Order is validated, customer will get an Email of tracking link if ‘Auto Send Shipment Mail’ is checked while configuring shipping instance.

By default in this app, you cannot attach your company logo in shipping label generated by GLS. But, you can contact us to get this feature as we can customize it for you.

This connector will help you manage multiple GLS accounts in a single Odoo Instance. You can create individual Shipping Instances for each of your GLS accounts and manage various operations from a single Odoo environment.
