What is this plugin for me?

  • Extra communication channel, if the email does not work you will always have WhatsApp available

How this addons work?

A quick and easy way to manage communication with your clients .

Step One

Create a template for more efficient communication. You can customize all the template you want; Opening dialogue, remember payment, send invoice, Order delivery status, shipped, Special occasion offers and sales announcements and more

Step two

Prepare your Invoice and click on send Whatsapp, use country mobile code without the + sign

Step Two

The Recipient and the mobile is obtained automatically. Choose between TXT, Link Format, Quick replies or message custom

Step Three

Click send, if it is on the PC, WhatsApp Web opens, if it is on the smartphone, your WhatsApp application opens directly, in both cases the conversation opens directly without the need to previously register the contact

Step For

Send and the client receives the requested information

Step Five

If you select, the message with Link format will be the same procedure

Step Six

The information requested by the client will arrive with a link that redirects it to the digital invoice

Step Seven

Digital invoice, the user without having to be registered will be able to see his invoice, if he wishes he will be able to download, print or pay directly through this page (he must have the option "Accept online payments" enabled)
