The author can leave a single reply to each comment.
This section is meant to ask simple questions or leave a rating. Every report of a problem experienced while using the module should be addressed to the author directly (refer to the following point).

Two little questions:
1. How does the field date_done works? It is read-only but it does not get a value when the ticket stage changes to solved.
2. I have not been able to see the customer portal running, even having the website module installed.

advice for users - first change the rights in 'Settings->Application Accesses->Helpdesk-Manager' and you will be good.
I like it, a little documentation would be nice.

To make it work enable developer mode:
add the users to the goup: Helpdesk/Manager or Helpdesk/User

I have installed this in Odoo 12 CE but no menu has appeared, unable to access.
