HR Applicant's Job Application Reject Reason
Provides recruiters to log the applicant's application rejection / refuse reason for the specific job recruitment
Your rejection process starts with your first meeting with job applicants. Whether this is on the phone screen or at the first interview or at any recruitment stages - you should log the applicant's job application rejection reason.
- Log the reason when applicant reject job offer or recruiter refuse applicant's job application if they are not qualified or selected for the job position.
- Log the rejection / refuse reason for any recruitment stage.
- See past logs of the rejection / refuse reasons for the analysis purpose.
User'll also be able to:
- Add new rejection / refuse reason type.- Log the reason when applicant reject job offer or recruiter refuse applicant's job application if they are not qualified or selected for the job position.

Dynamic Reason Type
User can add new reason type dynamically.
Refused By Recruiter
Recruiter can refuse applicant's job application on any recruitment stage by giving appropriate reason.
Job refuse detail will also display on the applicant application's form view.
Rejected By Applicant
Recruiter can also log rejection reason given by applicants when they reject the job offer.
Job refuse detail will also display on the applicant application's form view.
Past Logs
For the analysis purpose, recruiter can see past logs of the rejection / refuse reasons.
