Calculate your employee END OF SERVICE reward, based on their hiring date and years of service, flexible calculation rules, with full approval cycle till payment.
Features:
- Default setting (Expense Account, Payment and Expense Journal).
- 9 pre-defined Reason for Ending Employee Service.
- Multiple Allowances are available for employees, including the salary rule.

Steps:
- Define your default expense account, expense journal, and payment journal.
- Add allowances to your employee contract.
- every employee must have only one Running contract.
- create ES request as HR Officer (email will be sent to HR manager).
- The HR manager will approve (email will be sent to Accounting rule).
- The accountant will register payment.
- Expense Journal Entry will be generated.
- Payment will be generated.

كلام جميل لكن يحتاج الى اكمال
الموديول جميل لكن يحتاج الى اكمال فأنتم هنا فقط حسبتم قيمة نهاية الخدمة بناءا على تاريخ مباشرة العمل لكن هناك تفاصيل اخرى دقيقة وكذلك اين معاملة نهاية الخدمة نفسها والتي تستلزم تصفية العهد وبدل الأجازات المتبقية وتصفية السلف واخلاء الطرف جهد جميل لكن يحتاج الى الكثير من الاضافات

اهلا بحضرتك احمد الموديول لا يقوم بتنفيذ الاستقالة وكافة اجراءاتها من سلف وعهد واخلاء طرف، ولكنه لحساب نهاية الخدمة بناء على قوانين العمل الخاصة بالعميل، سواء صرفت المكافأة والعامل مستمر بالخدمة او عند الاستقالة. وفي الاصدار الاحدث يتم احتساب باقي رصيد الاجازات وتسويته مع المكافأة ولكن لم يحدث وصف الموديول.
