AA-HR Timesheet Quality
It is a separate module for the timesheet quality tracking and management. The module helps to restrict the user to add timesheet hours more than their working hours. Using this Timesheet Quality Tracking module will help to record all the served time of the employees on their specific jobs and projects with ease.
Main Features
Restrict the users to add invalid timesheet hours
Once the check-in and check-out is completed the user can not edit his/her timesheet.
Only the admin of the module can edit the timesheet of there Employees.
The employees' progress & performance can be calculated through the timesheet.
The project timeline can also be calculated through the timesheet.
It is a fast and accurate timesheet management system for tracking timesheet hours.

Prevention to add invalid timesheet hours
This module assure that employee cannot enter timesheet hours more than there working hours. This helps to increase quality of organization. Without this module the employee can write more timesheet hours which is in real scenario not possible.

Timesheet Hours not editable
Once the check-in and check-out is completed the user can not edit his/her timesheet. This helps in Quality assurance for enabling employees to must enter timesheet every day before check out. Incase of any changes the administrator has the right to change the timesheet of Employees

The employees progress & performance can be calculated through the timesheet. We already know that the employee can add correct timesheet hours so this makes easier to identify the performance of Employee.
Threshold Feature
A new innovation
The threshold feature enable employee to add timesheet hours lesser or equal to there working hours. The administrator only edit threshold settings present in the timesheet. This feature help organization to achieve more quality.
The First step is to do the check-in
Check-in from the biometric device or manually or any other attendance system installed in your company.
Enter into the timesheet app
Go to the Timesheet app and add a timesheet of the current day. An employee can add description, project, task, and duration (hours). You can see an additional field of input time which is not editable; it is actually the time that is calculated from working hours of attendance.
Notice that if employee has written the timesheet hours more than there working hours he/she will unable to save the data
Save the timesheet
Enter the correct timesheet hours i.e. lesser than working hours and save the timesheet
Check out
Checkout from a biometric device or manually or any other attendance installed in your company. See the timesheet you added earlier. The time is automatically adjusted according to the threshold value defined in timesheet settings.
