Overview

This module allows mass planning of schedules according to work shifts when they are rotating.

Generate rotating schedules massively

Consult employees assigned to schedule planning.

Consult available employees of the day assigned to schedule planning

Consult unavailable employees of the day assigned to schedule planning

Generate report by schedule dates by work groups

To create work shifts, the rest shift for rotations must be included.

If the shift is rest you must press the "Break" check. It is also important to define in the register the hours of entry and exit of the work shift.

The work schedule must be created from the "Working shedule" menu.

Created the schedule record press the button "Generate working shedule".

Completar el formulario colocando las fechas sobre las que se generara la rotacion y la secuencia de turnos de la misma, luego presionar el boton "Generate"

This generates the schedules for the selected dates automatically.

You can consult the employees associated with the work schedule, the employees available for the current day and those not available for reasons of absence.

From a calendar view you can check the schedules of your employees.

You can print a report in pdf format with the information of the work schedule.

Hello, this is Myo Sithu from Asia Matrix Software Company. I'm interested in this module. However, as far as I have seen here, it only supports to v12 at most. If it would be possible, may we have a v13 of it? And somehow if the v13 can be provided, I would like to request the demo url to test the module app.
