Pay HR Expenses over POS
Adds the option to pay HR expenses over POS
The module allows to pay HR Expenses over Point of Sale.
How It Works
Open Point of Sale → Configuration → Point of Sale and activate Pay Expenses option
Open POS session and see new Expenses button displayed
After click you can see all the approved HR expenses. Choose one of the expenses and click Select.
The popup appears containing the information about expense to be paid. Click Ok to proceed the payment
After that in the backend you would see the paid expense and the notification indicating the payment via POS
If there are no expenses to be paid, you would see the warning

Pay Expenses over POS
Installation
- Install this module in a usual way
Configuration
To be able to pay Expenses over POS you should activate it first:
- Go to Point of Sale >> Configuraion >> Point of Sale menu
- Open POS config form
- Click [Edit]
- Check the box [x] Pay Expenses
- Click [Save]
Usage
- Go to Point of Sale menu
- Open POS session
- Click Expenses button
- Choose the expense record
- Click Select
- In the popup click Ok
RESULT: the expense is paid
